About the Author

J.Thomas Russell’s past three decades have brought success as a writer, producer, audio engineer, musician and inventor. He now takes the stage to present a memoir-to-thesis manuscript on a subject whose societal impact has become possibly one of the most overlooked biophysical and mental health issues of our time. With a lifetime of experiences moving back and forth from technology to artistry, from pragmatic statistical analysis to the intangibles found within human to nature relationships, his perspectives are rooted in real-life events with real-life persons; many being of the world’s most notable and celebrated individuals in science, entertainment, medicine, law and politics. With these diverse experiences came the enlightenment as to what humans can and cannot replicate.

The passion for authenticity along with a deep understanding of who we are in the scope of nature has fueled both his life and relationships; coupled with what has now developed into a rare perspective on how we have recently evolved as a civilization.

Russell’s crossover of both personal and professional interactions with otherwise polarizing individuals is what inspired his talent in recognizing the obvious simplicities of solutions; and what he believes is a personal obligation in bringing those solutions to our attention.
